Hi! Sorry, not really a performance and maintenance question as such, but I'm curious if anyone knows the answer regardless. The rubber supporting strips on the bottom of my Surface Laptop Studio 2 are beginning to peel off. I'm wondering what the best course of action here is; should I try to renew the adhesive somehow, or should I take the laptop to some repair center? Neither the Microsoft Store nor iFixit have replacement rubber strips, so is there anything I can do?

I currently am using Painters Tape the full length on each foot. I used the tape before the feet came completely off, It works and nobody can see it. I have the feet from Amazon as a back up.

Temporary Hold If you're waiting for replacements, using painter’s tape or a gentle adhesive can help keep the strips in place without damaging your device.
Professional Help If you'd rather not DIY, a Microsoft-authorized service center can take a look and may be able to help especially if your device is still under warranty.
Installation Tips (If You Get Replacements)
Power off your Surface and place it on a clean surface.
Carefully remove any remaining adhesive or rubber.
Clean the area with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
Align and press the new strips firmly for about 30 seconds.
Let the adhesive set for 12 hours before using the device.
