Hi There,
Thanks for reaching out! It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference in how your device feels and functions especially when you're using it on different surfaces.
While it's true that replacement strips aren't currently available through the Microsoft Store or iFixit, you're not out of options:
What You Can Try
Third-Party Replacements Some users have had success with compatible rubber feet available on platforms like Amazon. They’re not official Microsoft parts, but they’re designed to fit and can be a solid temporary fix.
Temporary Hold If you're waiting for replacements, using painter’s tape or a gentle adhesive can help keep the strips in place without damaging your device.
Professional Help If you'd rather not DIY, a Microsoft-authorized service center can take a look and may be able to help especially if your device is still under warranty.
Installation Tips (If You Get Replacements)
Power off your Surface and place it on a clean surface.
Carefully remove any remaining adhesive or rubber.
Clean the area with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
Align and press the new strips firmly for about 30 seconds.
Let the adhesive set for 12 hours before using the device.
