In one of our subscriptions I cannot add a role assignment to a user, in 3 others it works just fine

In one subscription I am trying to add a role assignment to a user. When I do this no roles are displayed. If I try to do it by looking at the roles - I can find the role, but when I try and add an assignment from here I get pushed back to the first screen and no roles are displayed... Help!!

PS. It is just this one subscriptions - I have been able to do it in the other 3.

    Hello Patrick Grant,

    You are right! I am able to see the roles from the page where you are not able to see!
