    Hi, good day!

You can try the Registry method below to prevent Windows Update from automatically offering or installing driver updates.

Make a backup of your Registry hives first using the instruction in the support article below. Make sure to select Export Range to All

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-back-up-and-restore-the-registry-in-windows-855140ad-e318-2a13-2829-d428a2ab0692

    Open Registry Editor as administrator

    Navigate to the path below.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate

If WindowsUpdate doesn’t exist, create it.

Once created, select it and create a new DWORD (32-bit) value named: ExcludeWUDriversInQualityUpdate

    Set its value to 1

Close Registry Editor and restart your computer

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed.
