Need Windows CPC (NXT) OS to fix a bricked Windows 365 Link

We have a new Windows 365 Link that was removed from Intune and the BitLocker key was not recorded. The technician wasn't aware that the BitLocker key would be needed to reset the device to factory. The technician then tried to wipe the device to factory using CMD in WindowsRE and ended up removing the OS from the device entirely. We need the Windows CPC (NXT) OS to load it back onto the Windows 365 Link device via a thumb drive, but it appears this OS is not available. We've contacted Microsoft Premier Support and Consumer support, and neither were able to assist. Anyone have any ideas how we can fix this? Or access to the image?
