That’s Edge’s autofill/debug overlay showing up when it shouldn’t it’s not normal behavior. If resetting didn’t clear it, it’s usually caused by either a corrupted Edge profile or an extension hooking into forms. Please try to run Edge in InPrivate mode or with a new profile. If the problem disappears, your current profile or an extension is the cause. If it still happens everywhere, it’s a bug in your Edge build and the fix will only come with an update.
