    Hi ,

After creating a USB flash drive, check the Windows edition you're using in the Start menu > Settings > About and see which edition is Windows Home, Home Single Language, or Pro.

Download ShowKeyPlus to write down your Windows key that came with your laptop, just in case.

    https://showkeyplus.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/ShowKeyPlus1.1.18.0.x64.exe_.zip

Keep the Windows installation USB flash drive connected to the laptop. Turn off the laptop, wait a minute, and then turn it back on by pressing the F2 key to access the BIOS.

Go to the Boot tab and disable Secure Boot and CSM and change the boot order, putting your USB flash drive first.

You'll save and press Enter to access the Windows installation process.

Select your language, time and currency, and keyboard or input method preferences, and click/tap on Next.

Click/tap on the Install Now button to start the installation.

You'll lose the key, or you can skip it and select the edition that comes with the laptop. It will automatically activate when Windows starts.

    Select Custom.

You'll see the disk drives. You'll delete all of them. Your SSD, remembering that the USB Flash drive also appears, but it will only have one partition. Your SSD will probably have two or three.

You'll delete all two or three partitions on the SSD, leaving unallocated space. Press Next. It will begin installing Windows 10.

Wait. If it returns to the installation screen after restarting, access the BIOS again, go to the Boot tab, and search for Windows Boot Manager and set it as the first one.

    Hi ,

Initially, you will create a USB flash drive. Remember, the USB flash drive will be formatted if you have anything important on it, so make a backup.

Afterwards, connect the USB flash drive to your computer and follow the procedure below:

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209

Select Download tool now and select Run. You need to be an administrator to run this tool.

If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.

On the "What do you want to do?" page, select "Create installation media for another PC" and then select "Next."

The application will automatically identify the correct version of Windows 10 for your system.

Select which media you want to use: "Create installation media" (USB or DVD) and "Next."

Verify that the language is correct and "Next." Then, select the drive letter and "Next."

Wait for the procedure to finish. Let me know here.

    Thanks

Are you trying to reset while keeping the files ?

Can I tell you another method like USB or ISO to do a complete reinstallation of Windows?

    Thanks
