You can go for Professional Direct Support Plan as well but please not that Advisory tickets are limited in count.

If you want more details with discounted price you should create a ticket in azure with your existing plan, Usually microsoft give discount on support plan based on your current usaged of azure subsription and other Micrrosoft SAAS/PAAS products.
