Why am I not receiving certain emails

I need to receive one email that I'm not getting but I'm receiving all my others.

    Use the search tool to find the sender’s name or subject.

    Check Spam/Junk, Promotions, Updates, or other folders.

    Check Filters/Rules/Blocked messages

    Add the sender’s email address to your Contacts or Safe Senders list.

    Confirm if the sender gets a bounce-back error.
