Hi Kevin Andrews,
Since your Surface Pro is crashing with a blue screen related to the microphone and you can't access the admin account, it’s likely a driver or hardware issue. You can try booting into Safe Mode by holding Shift + Restart or force shutting down the device a few times to trigger recovery mode. From there, go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings, and choose Safe Mode with Networking. This might let you log in and fix the issue. By reinstall the driver that causing the bluescreen. You can also try using System Restore to roll your Surface back to a point when everything was working fine. Just a quick note, if you use System Restore to roll your Surface back to a previous point, any files or changes made after that time might be lost. So it’s a good idea to back up your important data first before restoring, just to be safe.
If that doesn’t work, you can create a Recovery USB using another PC and the Surface Recovery Image from Microsoft’s website. Boot your Surface from the USB (hold Volume Down + Power) and try a system restore or repair.
Since you have a support package, you can also contact Microsoft directly without logging in. Just visit their Support Page, choose your issue, and request a callback or chat. You can also call Microsoft support using the number listed on their Customer Service page.
