Are you going to give away or sell your computer to someone else?

If yes, for a full transfer, your best option is to factory reset your computer. This way, all your personal files and settings will be removed, and the new owner can set it up from the start.

Press the Windows key + L to go to the sign-in screen.

Press and hold the Shift button, then click the power icon on your monitor and select Restart while still holding Shift.

This will take you to the recovery menu.

Click Troubleshoot > Reset This PC.
