To restore your deleted calendar appointment, please follow these steps using Classic Outlook (Outlook Desktop), as it provides the most complete recovery option:
- Open Classic Outlook on your desktop.
- Go to the Deleted Items folder.
- If you find the appointment, drag it back to your calendar.
If you cannot find Deleted Items, please follow the step below:
Then you will see the deleted calendar as a folder under the Deleted Items.
Right-click the calendar you want to recover and click Move Calendar, then select Calendar.

Note: This option is available only if the item is still within your organization’s retention period (default is 14 days, but it may vary).
As you’re Using Outlook on the Web. This version has limited recovery option. If the steps above don’t work:
- Ask the meeting organizer or another attendee to resend the meeting invite.
- If the appointment is critical, your administrator can attempt recovery using advanced tools or backups.
