Hello H&Company,
Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Learn Q&A Platform!
I understand you've just launched a new campaign and noticed that your ads aren't delivering yet - it's completely normal.
Initial Waiting Period: After creating a campaign, there's usually a short waiting period before ads begin to serve. This is because the system needs time to review and process the campaign to ensure everything meets policy standards and is optimized for delivery.
Editorial Review Timeline: All ads and keywords go through an editorial review. Most are approved within 24 hours, but certain campaign types, especially Performance Max, may take longer:
- Product Ads: Up to 3 days
Text Ads: Up to 9 days
This review ensures that your content complies with Microsoft Advertising policies and is ready to perform effectively.
Learning Period for Automated Bidding: Once your ad starts delivering, automated bidding strategies enter a learning phase that typically lasts 1–2 weeks. During this time, the system gathers performance data to optimize bids and help you reach your campaign goals.
So, if your campaign was just created, a short delay is expected. Give it a little time, and things should start moving soon!
