i have problem in Microsoft Student

GitHub and Microsoft use different verification systems, Azure specifically needs to confirm your academic status within its own system. GitHub Education Pack verification confirms your student status within GitHub’s system. Microsoft Azure for Students requires additional or separate verification from GitHub or sometimes requires a school-issued email address (.edu, .ac.in, etc.).

If your email is a personal or non-school domain email, or if there is a mismatch between your GitHub and Microsoft accounts/email addresses, Azure may reject the verification.

Common Azure rejection causes:

• wrong account type,
• tenant/policy blocks by your university,
• country/age/phone verification issues,
• Microsoft does not recognize your school domain.

If you are struggling to validate your Azure for Student subscription, as a student, you can apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack which includes offers and benefits from GitHub partners. You can use the GitHub student developer pack to activate your Microsoft Azure account so that you can access the benefits.

Steps to be followed to get the student pack:  https://education.github.com/pack

• Go to GitHub Education and, in the top right, click on “Get benefits”. Select the benefits for students.
• Under “Which best describes your academic status”, you need to select ‘Student’ status
• Now you need to add the email address that you use for university email
• Then you need to upload a picture for proof of your academic status (college ID will do just fine).
• Next step is to add your college name.
• The last step is to describe the purpose of how you plan to use GitHub. You can talk about your willingness to contribute to the open source here.
• Verify your application details and click on “Submit your Information”.

How to activate Azure from your pack:

Once you get the confirmation email for your student developer pack you need to follow below steps:

• Return to the GitHub Student Pack page and go to the Offers section
• Scroll down to find Microsoft Azure and click to generate your unique activation code
• Head to the Microsoft Azure site and click “Activate Now”
• Sign in with your Microsoft account
• In the verification step, choose “Verification code” from the dropdown
• Paste the code you received from GitHub
