    To understand the situation better, could you confirm the following information: 

    • How long has this issue been going on? Is the issue happening in all calls or only with specific participants? 
    • What account are they using, personal accounts (@hotmail.com, @outlook.com, @gmail.com) or organizational accounts? 
    • Were there any recent updates/changes to Teams or the devices of the affected users before the issue started? 
    • Does resizing the Teams window or restarting the app temporarily fix the issue? 
    • Does the problem occur during screen sharing, video calls, or both? 
    • What version of Teams are they using? Are they using Teams via the desktop app, web browser, or mobile app? Does the error only happen on 1 platform (desktop only) or on the web and mobile as well? 
    • Are they using integrated or external webcams? 

    If possible, could you please provide a screenshot of the error so I could have a visual reference? That would be very helpful! 

    In the meantime, kindly try the following suggestions to check what might have caused the issue: 

    • Test the camera in other apps like: Camera app, Zoom, Google Meet to see if it works properly 
    • Update Teams to the latest version 
    • Quit Teams completely and restart the devices 
    • Clear Teams cache: Clear the Teams client cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn 
    • Check Network connectivity: Please ensure you have a stable internet connection before joining the Teams call
    • Make a test call in Teams: Go to Settings in Teams > Devices > Make a test call to check if it's working well there
