Hi! We are part of the Microsoft Founders Hub program where we receive the free azure credits and more. However, in some cases, we need to file a support request, but this is not possible.
The portal tells us that we need to purchase a paid support plan for filing requests. We are willing to pay for that, but if we try, we get this:

The error possibly due to:
The payment instrument (credit card or billing profile) linked to your Azure subscription is invalid, expired, or not properly configured.
Please verify your payment instrument:
1.Your credit card is valid and not prepaid or virtual (these are often rejected)
2.Your billing profile is complete and matches your account region and name.
3.You’re not using a previously blocked or flagged card.
If your Azure subscription was created using an organisational account,
Please try:
Logging in with a personal Microsoft account & Re-adding the payment instrument and retrying the purchase

@Priya ranjan Jena Thanks for your reply. I have already re-added the card, it did not help. The card is neither blocked nor flagged, and it is a fully valid credit card.

As you mentioned you I’ve carefully reviewed each of the criteria & tried to re-add the card but still could not succeeded, we are so afraid for the blocker here, hence we are suggesting ,please create a Microsoft support ticket with the help of below reference link.
