Urgent Support Request – Reset MFA for Global Admin Account
Dear Microsoft Support Team,
We are reaching out with urgency regarding access to our Microsoft Partner account. At present, we only have one Global Admin account associated with our tenant. While we still have the correct username and password, we inadvertently removed this account from the Microsoft Authenticator app, which has left us unable to complete the MFA verification process. we can also self-service password reset (SSPR) but after we change the password it we cannot get options to register MFA again .
We attempted to recover access using other available methods; however, the registered phone number is not tied to the MFA security information. As a result, we are currently locked out of our account and unable to manage our partnership services. This situation is directly impacting our ability to transact and provide Microsoft solutions to our customers. i think this case directly related to Microsoft 365 Data protection teams.

We kindly request your assistance to reset the MFA for this Global Admin account so that we can restore full access. We are also able to verify domain ownership through our DNS portal if required.
We have already tried reaching Microsoft Support via the phone numbers shared with us, but most appear to be out of service. Therefore, we would greatly appreciate your prompt support in resolving this matter.
