Thanks for your time. as discussed over the call, you can still use the classic azure migrate experience to set up the replication appliance. because there is no direct approach to set up the replication appliance. so to set up this please use the classic experience UI. once you configure the Replication appliance you can go ahead and start discover, replicate and migrate your physical servers to azure.

Note: We cannot migrate a server within the same azure tenant. i.e. amongst azure regions. if you want to migrate a azure VM, then you need to have a VM in different tenant and consider this as a physical environment.
Else, you can have an On-prem server or a AWS server to migrate to azure.
