Hello,

Our subscription has the Cloud Access (Red Hat Cloud Access) but we have this error since 3 months( it worked before)

(BadRequest) Offer with OfferId: 'rhel-byos' published by PublisherId: 'RedHat' not found. If this offer has a restricted audience please verify you are part of it. Subscription '117232xxx'. Correlation Id '8ed2993axxxx'

We created the ticket on RedHat support side but they talk that we have to contact to Azure support.

How we could get the support from Azure ?

Thank you!

Quoc-Viet DANG

    Hi Quoc-Viet DANG

We would like to know if you are attempting to create the VM and how you are creating it. Additionally, please confirm whether you are trying to deploy the VM and let us know which deployment method you are using.

And let us know which Azure Service you are using.

    Meanwhile try these steps:

    • Go to Red Hat Cloud Access and confirm your subscription is still active and linked to your Azure tenant.
    • Ensure you must use Red Hat Subscription manager to register and subscribe the VM's to get the updates from RedHat.
    • Use Azure CLI or Portal to search for the rhel-byos offer. If it’s missing, it may have been renamed or restricted.

Refer to this document - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/workloads/redhat/byos

    Hope this helps!

Please Let me know if you have any queries.
