ive forgot my password on my other outlook accout and i cannot recover it - it says that it cannot confirm any of the details i put into my form what else can i do as i really need the mailbox

    If you can’t remember your password, the first step is to try resetting it here: https://account.live.com/password/reset. If that doesn’t work because the system can’t confirm your info, the next option is to use the Account Recovery Form: https://account.live.com/acsr. This is the only way to prove ownership without access to your recovery phone or email.

    Hi Poppi, thanks for getting back.

    If you’ve already tried multiple times, I’d also suggest waiting 24 hours before trying again, and use a different browser, network, or an incognito window to avoid cached errors.

    Unfortunately, Microsoft support can’t manually override the process for security reasons, so the Account Recovery Form is the only official way forward. Here’s the direct link again: https://account.live.com/acsr.
