Thanks for reaching out, I understand typing suggestions are not showing even though the option is enabled.

Typing suggestions work only when the Windows touch keyboard is active and the selected language supports suggestions. Please open Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.

Select your current language, click the three dots, and choose Language options. Under Keyboards, ensure Microsoft IME or the default keyboard is selected.

Then go back to Settings > Time & Language > Typing and turn on both Show text suggestions when typing on the physical keyboard and Autocorrect misspelled words.

If suggestions still do not appear, remove the current keyboard layout and add it again to refresh the suggestion service.

    Warm regards, Arlene D.

Have you checked if your language and keyboard layout support suggestions? Some layouts only show suggestions on the touch keyboard.

To fix it, go to Settings > Time & Language > Typing and make sure Show text suggestions when typing on the physical keyboard is on. Then go to Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region, select your language, click Language options, and use Microsoft IME or a supported keyboard. If needed, remove and re-add the keyboard layout and restart your PC to refresh the suggestions.
