We applied for access to the Dev Centre so we could use M365 and Teams SDK to complete our App build.

We were denied an account and cannot find out how to fix it / make contact with a human to assist. All digital links either are not answered or support requests ignored

    1. Check Account Type

Make sure you are signing up with the correct organization/business account, not a personal email.

Microsoft requires a verified company/organization profile for developer center access.

    1. Verify Business Information

Ensure your business legal entity name, address, and phone number match official registration documents. If the information is inconsistent, the account will be rejected.

    1. Provide a Valid Payment Method

A valid credit card is often required for verification. Prepaid cards or virtual cards may cause rejection.

    1. Resubmit the Application

Go to Microsoft Partner Center and Sign in and Reapply. Make sure all details are updated before resubmission.

    1. Contact Microsoft Support

If denial continues, open a support ticket, Go to Partner Center Support. Choose Account setup & management → Developer account verification denied. This connects you with a human verification agent.
