- Check Account Type
Make sure you are signing up with the correct organization/business account, not a personal email.
Microsoft requires a verified company/organization profile for developer center access.
- Verify Business Information
Ensure your business legal entity name, address, and phone number match official registration documents. If the information is inconsistent, the account will be rejected.
- Provide a Valid Payment Method
A valid credit card is often required for verification. Prepaid cards or virtual cards may cause rejection.
- Resubmit the Application
Go to Microsoft Partner Center and Sign in and Reapply. Make sure all details are updated before resubmission.
- Contact Microsoft Support
If denial continues, open a support ticket, Go to Partner Center Support. Choose Account setup & management → Developer account verification denied. This connects you with a human verification agent.
