Having issues accesing my subscription on Azure Portal

You are unable to access your Azure subscription on the Azure Portal, 

here are the main causes and solutions:

• The most common reason is that you might be signed in to the wrong Azure Active Directory.
• Your account might not have sufficient permissions (like Owner or Contributor) on the subscription.
• The subscription is may active and not disabled or expired.
• If you have both personal and work Microsoft accounts using the same email/username, make sure to login with the account tied to your Azure subscription.

To resolve this, follow the following steps:

1. Select the correct directory
   • Go to https://portal.azure.com > Click your profile > confirm you’re signed in with the correct directory/tenant.
   • Use the Directory + Subscription filter (top-right corner) → ensure your subscription is selected.
2. Check subscription state
   • Go directly: https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Billing/SubscriptionsBlade
   • Verify if the subscription shows as Active, Disabled, Suspended, or Expired.
3. Verify the permission:
   • Request your administrator to assign you at least the Owner role on the subscription.
   • Without proper permission, you won’t see or be able to access the subscription even if it exists

You are blocked from opening a support request in the Azure Portal because the support blade crashes with a Solutions.ReactView error, even after trying multiple browsers/incognitos.

I'm the owner of the subscription, but when I go to the billing profile i get the errors in the image.

And if I try to request a support ticket, it doesn't work

Thanks for the update. While you may be the Owner of the subscription, that role doesn’t automatically grant you Owner or Contributor access to the Billing Account or Billing Profile. Azure operates with two distinct permission models:

• Azure RBAC (IAM): controls access to resources/subscriptions.
• Billing roles: control who can view/manage billing profiles, invoices, and payment methods.

That maybe you’re seeing errors when you open the Billing profile, you probably don’t have the right billing role on that profile.

You can verify and update roles:

• Go to Azure Portal > Cost Management + Billing
• Select Billing scopes and confirm your access level

If you're not listed, ask the current billing account owner to assign you the correct role.
