I have successfully added two calendars from Google through the web link. One is showing all appointments and working properly. The other is showing completely blank. I have deleted and readded the other calendar several times and synced the calendar, as well. Why is the calendar blank and how do I fix it.

Hi! Valarie. Let me help you with this.

    Please check the Calendar Visibility.

Make sure the blank calendar is actually checked in the left-hand list under "My Calendars" or "Other calendars" on the web version of Google Calendar, unchecked calendars appear blank. Try unchecking and rechecking it to force a refresh.

On mobile, verify the calendar is enabled and syncing in the app settings.

    Best regards,

    Kimberly

I see. Are you using multiple Google accounts or Chrome profiles? The calendar may not display because you're signed into a different one. Stick with the correct account or profile when viewing that specific calendar.

Got it. If you haven't done this, try to Enable Sync via Google’s Sync Settings

Visit the Google Calendar sync selection page: calendar.google.com/calendar/syncselect

Make sure your Family Calendar is checked for syncing.

Then wait at least 20 minutes before checking Outlook, this gives the sync time to propagate.
