Hi,

We like to update my Maximum Server Memory in SQL Managed Instance to lessen the memory consumption, but it was disabled when we checked the settings in the Server memory options of our SQL Server

We already checked it in the Azure Portal, but no option for Server Parameters in the settings.

We use the Business Critical tier in the SQL Managed Instance. We were able to change Server memory option in other SQL like SQL for VM, but only in SQL Managed Instance, we encountered an issue. Is there other way to change the Maximum Server Memory in the SQL Managed Instance?

In managed sql instance, you pick the max memory by the pricing plan. Once you pick a plan, you are charged for the memory whether you use or not, so there is no reason to lower. There is a minimum memory included with each core, but you pay for additional. You can reduce this additional memory if you are using any in your plan.
