About windows startup sound

After upgrading OS to win 11 ,a loud sound is now being played when their PC starts upwhen I tried Unchecked "Play Windows startup sound" in the sound settings screen it keeps back checking it even though I tried to shutdown the PC and check the setting it was checked already so I am not able to uncheck it or are there any way to silence the sound??
Any help would be appriciated
