Dear Microsoft for Startups Team,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Raphael Andrade, founder of E-Epic Technologies Ltd., and our startup has been actively building on Azure as part of the Founders Hub program.

We are now transitioning from development to launching our platform, eEpic Events, and Azure credits have been essential to our progress. Our platform is powered by Jada, an AI personal assistant for event planners. Jada helps planners and vendors connect more efficiently, using AI to recommend the best vendors and streamline the planning process. Running Jada on Azure services has allowed us to test, scale, and deliver value with very low costs so far.

As our Azure credits are set to expire on September 17, 2025, I kindly request an extension or renewal of credits to support our platform’s official launch. Having continued access to credits would help us scale faster and focus on delivering impact to our early customers without disruption.

Thank you very much for your support and for empowering startups like ours to grow and innovate. Please let me know if there are additional steps or information required for this request.

Best regards, Raphael Andrade Founder & CTO E-Epic Technologies Ltd.

    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,

To extend your Azure credits in the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, you need to progress to the next program level. Start by completing all tasks in your verification checklist, as this is required to be eligible for more credits. If your Azure credit offer is $25,000 or more, your account will be automatically reviewed 45 days before expiration based on your engagement score and task completion, and additional credits may be granted if approved. For offers of $5,000 or less, you can submit a request for more credits once your checklist is complete. Advancing to the next level in the program is the only way to extend your credits and gain more time to use them.

Please note that the only way to extend your credits is to reach the next level before your current credits expire.
