Unable to create shared queries in Azure DevOps - TF401256: You do not have Write permissions for query Shared Queries.

I have project collection administrator and project administration permissions.

    Hi Edward Abraham Jeyachandran

    Go to Organization Settings -> Users -> Check the Access level -> Ensure you must have Basic Access level not Stakeholder.

    As per your 1st and 2nd screenshot, ensure all the groups and users' permissions are set to Allow for Shared queries.

    If someone set Deny at the root Shared Queries folder or inside a subfolder, it will override your Allow. so, check all parent folders.

    After permission changes, log out, clear cookies, or try in a private browser window. Sometimes membership changes take a few minutes to propagate.
