Hello,
M365 E3 does include the rights to upgrade to Enterprise from qualifying base OS, such as Pro. However, LTSC does not qualify for a direct feature upgrade to Win11 enterprise under the standard upgrade rights.
Is it possible to upgrade Windows 10 LTSC to Windows 11 Enterprise by using the Windows license upgrade included in ME3?
