Security Issue with my e-transfers

Back on June 5th or 6th my e-mail was compromised with regards to accepting my e-transfers from my bank. It looks like someone intercepted my funds. When I called my bank they said it was not their error and that we needed to check with the e-mail account as this was their security alert. At the time, I did not e-mail you as I decided to take the banks advice and put a password security question for future e-transfers. Which was then taken care of and the issue was resolved until today. I've now received another transfer that had an e-mail password and the person who sent the money shows a screenshot and confirmed the money is gone from her account and I did not receive the money. I have got screenshots from the bank showing there was an error. I tried to click on the security settings and the page takes you nowhere. I have screenshots of both occurances from early June and today. The bank is saying it is not their issue and I need to contact my e-mail.
I need assistance as now I've lost out on hundreds of dollars from my e-mail being compromised.
Please e-mail my wife ******@yahoo.ca as I do not know how bad this situation is.
