AVD Keeps Freezing

We have a group of user whose AVD keeps freezing, we tried uninstalling and re-install the windows application, we thought it was the Windows App version 2.0.633.0 so we tried downgrading them to the older version and still their AVD keeps freezing.

Has anyone experienced this or could advise what the resolve could be?

    Hi Hismanshu,

    We have not resolved the issues. We did hear that there is an issue with the latest windows updates, so we rolled it back than we heard certain applications running in AVD desktop version are causing the issue, but we have not figured out a permeant solution. For now, we have user using the Windows app browser version, but this is not ideal as they cannot use multiscreen.

    I found the issue on another thread.

    Disable UDP short path seems to have resolved the issue for me. Do this for each host pool and give it a few minutes.
