Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum support.
To assist you better, could you help me with the following:
- Does the issue persist in the web version of Teams (via browser) or only in the desktop app?
- Are you using a personal, work, or school account with Teams? This can help us understand if any policies or settings might be affecting your experience.
- Are you using AirPod Pro 4 as your output device in Teams? You can check this by following these steps: Open Teams desktop app > select the three dots next to your profile > Settings In Settings > Select Devices and check in Speaker field to see if it's the right speaker?. If it shows something else, Teams might be bypassing AirPod Pro 4 processing.
- Have you tried adjusting the Noise Suppression setting in Teams?
In Settings > Select Devices and scroll down to Noise Suppression > Switch between on and off to see if the issue persists.
If you have access to another earphone/headphone, could you try using that in Teams to see if the issue is specific to the AirPod Pro 4?
Kindly let me know your responses to the above questions, and feel free to share any other details you think might help us resolve the issue. I look forward to your reply and am here to assist further. Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
Look forward for your response.
