Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
- Have you tried removing the Stealth 700 headset from your device and then pairing it again?
- From the Bluetooth devices list, select your headset and click Remove.
- Then, add your Bluetooth device again.
If it still fails, try pairing other Bluetooth devices to see if the problem is with the specific headset. You can also try pairing the headset with different devices to see if it works.
If the problem is with Windows 11, try running the Bluetooth troubleshooter.
- Go to Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Select Bluetooth in the list, and click Run.
- Wait for the troubleshooter to finish. Once completed, restart your computer and try pairing your headset again.
If the issue persists, update or reinstall the Bluetooth drivers.
- Open Device Manager.
- Expand the arrow next to Bluetooth.
- Right-click your generic Bluetooth driver (Intel, Realtek, or Qualcomm) > Select Update driver > Search automatically for updated drivers.
- If Windows has already installed the best drivers, right-click your Bluetooth driver (Intel, Realtek, or Qualcomm) > Select Uninstall device, check the box for "Attempt to remove the driver for this device," then click Uninstall.
- Once uninstalled, restart your PC.
Go to Settings and try pairing your Bluetooth headset again to see if it works.
