When submitting requests to my deployed models, I get an error that my resource has been blocked due to unusual activity. I have no idea why our how to unblock it, and have received no emails or anything from Microsoft to explain. I had the same thing happen on another account and it's still blocked almost a week later. Quotas are fine, I haven't been hitting rate limits, and no harmful content. Also, for the life of me I haven't been able to raise a ticket, despite paying for developer support. Every attempt just leads to a static resource page. Even tried calling, and nobody could help me. Please help?

Thanks Manus. It seems to be unblocked for the SurveyJumperAU2 resource but not for SurveyJumperAU. Anyhow, I can live with that.

    Blocked for abuse/content? Interesting...

The app itself is designed to detect personally identifying information or concerning details in employee feedback. I was just using test responses, and some was deliberately crafted to be a little touchy, but I wouldn't have thought warranted me getting blocked. In any case, given the nature of the app, this will inevitably happen again. It would be nice if it just threw an error or something rather than completely blocking the resource indefinitely. I'll have a look through all of the content-filter details, but this could be a show-stopper for me using Azure. I'm submitting the same prompts to Azure and OpenAI without issue, so not sure Azure is worth the headache at this stage.

    Thanks for helping Manus,
    Ben
