Hello Lee84. If your GoDaddy subscription has expired, your Microsoft 365 mailbox has either been disconnected or deprovisioned which caused Outlook to display the error "Your mailbox has been temporarily moved on Microsoft Exchange." This error is being imputed because Outlook believes you are trying to connect to a temporary mailbox because it is unable to access your original mailbox, likely due to profile corruption or a failure to fully reactivate your mailbox after payment.

Follow these steps to resolve this problem:

    1. Create a new Outlook profile: Open Control Panel → Mail → Show Profiles → Add. Reenter add your email account again and use the "always use this profile" option.
    2. Enable Cached Exchange Mode: Make sure Cached Exchange Mode is enabled when you set up the profile. This will assist Outlook in properly syncing with the Outlook environment on the server.
    3. Delete the old profiles: Make sure you delete any old profiles or profiles, particularly any conflicting profiles. Leave only one profile to avoid any confusion.

Restart Outlook and check to see if it connects to the right mailbox.

If the error message still continues, GoDaddy may not have completely reactivated your Microsoft 365 subscription. You will need to contact GoDaddy support to verify that your mailbox has been reactivate and attached to your domain, and that the mailbox is still licensed.

    Best regards,
