Sounds like the same problem as https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5518540/battery-limit-removed-from-uefi-but-now-only-charg -please post in that thread and supply details of exactly which Surface you have.
My battery does not charge more than 50%. Is there something wrong
