Hi , I wanted to get the one month free trial on my 365 account and it has now charged me for the full year and I cannot figure out how to cancel and get refund

Just in case you are unable to cancel the subscription via account.microsoft.com > Subscriptions, or if the subscription is not eligible for a refund, you will need to reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance:
Type "Microsoft 365 subscription" > Click "Get Help" > Scroll down and select the option "Sign in to contact Support" > Microsoft 365 and Office > Manage My Subscription > Confirm > then select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser"
