Why is it not possible to change decimal comma to a dot at the numpad with a Swedish keyboard layout? Since I work as a engineer with programming and calculations within programs that English aas their language where a decimal sign is a dot and comma is separator. Change in regional settings only applies to Excel while I need to be applied in every software I am using text editors, Word, Excel, Power Point, Notepad ...

Since your question does not pertain to one of these specifications, I've removed the openspecs tag and added the Windows Driver Kit (WDK) tag. It might be possible to do this in a filter driver.
