Microsoft Learn sandbox gets stuck at 99% during "Creating file share..." for "Capture Web Application Logs with App Service Diagnostics Logging" module.
Same behaviour when I try on a different browser, on a incognito window.
Went to https://shell.azure.com and selected "Bash", got an error message "No valid subscriptions found"
With a new account (no subscription) and I have the same problem.

It seems the backend storage or Sandbox might be having a issue, did you restarted the Learn module? If yes and same issue please click on the report an issue tab in the module.
