I don't understand why when I turn on bedrock launcher it shows this error and I really don't know what to do. I hope everyone can help me, please.

Since this is related to Minecraft, you should really contact their support directly. That is the best way to get help.
While you're waiting try repairing the installation as it looks corrupt. If that doesn't work then uninstall and reinstall. If that still doesn't work then you might need to wait for their support to respond.
Did you download it from the Microsoft Store or the Minecraft website?
