My hot mail account ******@hotmail.com has deleted all mails prior to year 2023

am an old user of Hotmail, and I have noticed that all my emails prior to the year 2023 have disappeared from my account. Please help me recover these emails and restart my email access as soon as possible.

First, can you let me know if you’ve already checked the Deleted Items or Archive folders to see if those messages were moved there? Sometimes emails can be auto-archived or accidentally deleted.

If they’re not there, it’s possible that older emails may have been removed due to account storage limits or inactivity policies.

To help narrow this down:

1. Are you accessing your account through the Outlook web browser (Outlook.com), the Outlook app on your computer, or a mobile app?
2. Have you noticed any signs, either recently or in the past, that your account might have been hacked?
3. Do you know if your mailbox storage was close to being full at any point? Sometimes when storage is exceeded, older emails may be removed.
