Can't download windows 11 ISO

Hey! Ive been trying to download windows 11 ISO to use it with rufus. Problem is , i get a error that says "We are unable to complete your request at this time. Some users, entities and locations are banned from using this service." . What can i do?

    If you get that error using the 3rd (bottom) option on that web page to directly download the ISO, use the 2nd (middle) option to download the Media Creation Tool, then run that tool and use it to download the Windows 11 ISO to your drive, not to create a USB.
