Hello, I could use some guidance.

I am paying for 2 support contracts and trying to figure out a support channel.

I have a missing tenant that I know how to login to or link to my main login. It has a functioning website on it and I need to be updated. It happened when I switched from good to office 365.

One support contract I am paying on is called Microsoft Azure Support $49 a month. Does this allow live support? I have absolutely no options to email someone or call to use products I am paying for.

I don't know the tennat id or login.

One on an account that I can't access and one on this account.

Need help resolving.

I do know the subscription if of the Azure support.

I do have an azure developer support but all I can find is this public forum and not direct support that I would need to resolve this concern.
