Request for Founders Hub Access & Credit Validity Extension

Hello,

I recently signed up and received $1,000 in Azure credits through the Microsoft for Startups program. However:

• I cannot access the Microsoft Founders Hub, I am automatically redirected to the Azure Portal, and when I try to log in at https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com, with linkedin I receive the error: “No user found.” and when I use the microsoft personal accout email (the one I use to login in azure portal) I'm redirected to azure.portal.com

Additionally:

• I am still in the early MVP phase and haven’t used all my credits yet.

• My current credit expiration is showing as only 3 months from enrollment (expiring Nov 16, 2025).

If possible, I would kindly request:

1. Access to Founders Hub benefits (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, etc.)
2. An extension of my credit availability to the standard 12-month period, as I am actively developing and need time to implement core infrastructure (hosting, analytics, database, etc.).
