Blocked Microsoft account – need help to recover access

I need urgent help with my Microsoft account. My account was blocked/closed around two months ago, and since then I haven’t been able to access OneDrive or any other Microsoft services.

The problem:

I cannot sign in because the account is blocked.
I already tried the recovery forms several times, but I always get rejected. is there a limit to fill the form?
Because of this, I cannot manage my subscriptions or access my personal files.

I need to know if there is any way to unblock or recover my account, or at least to get back my personal data from OneDrive.

Please let me know what steps I can follow, or if I need to provide additional information.

Is the account blocked because of a terms and conditions violation or because of unusual sign in activity?

Unblock an account:

There is no limit to the number of times you can try recovering it, other than 2 per day.

Because of unusual signed in activity the problem that in order to reactivate it they have to send me a code which i don't have access to the phone number anymore..

When you no longer have the verification accounts, you need to use the account recovery form in Step 3 of the following Microsoft article https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/help-with-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

You need to fill out the form twice a day, every day, until you get it back.

Thank you for the comment I've been doing it for the last 2 months unfortunately with no luck till i received an email saying that they received too Many requests to recover the email and they blocked my email..So frustrated

Unfortunately nothing at all I submitted an appeal yesterday and im waiting for the response hopefully they can help.. I said that i can send an ID even the card that they are charging for the subscription eventho I've been blocked from the service for 2 months but they are still charging me every month.

Good luck/ Let us know if it worked. The chat support people will try to work with accounts that have an office subscription linked or move it to a new account if they can prove it's yours - usually based on payment information.
