Hello, I recently purchased Microsoft Office, but I am unable to download or install the product despite multiple attempts. Since the software was never successfully installed or used, I would like to request a refund for this purchase. Contact Microsoft Support:

Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
Type your problems in the search box there. ( For example, Contact support.)
Now click on Get Help and select Contact Support below.
Go to the Products & Services tab and choose the Microsoft 365 and Officecategory
On the Category tab, chooseBilling and account profile questions.
Go to Confirm.
Choose to chat with a support agent in your web browser.

Note: The contact support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says it's not there, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
