As mentioned in the official documentation the built-in Health Service continuously tracks over 80 health issues across multiple categories, including Cluster, Storage, Networking, Jobs, and VM/Workload. These alerts are automatically visible in both the Azure portal and Azure Monitor, so most critical issues are detected without any manual setup.
Microsoft does not provide a single, flat list of all health faults. Instead, the faults are grouped by category, with multiple health components in each category like cluster faults, storage faults
