How to get the windows security app work correctly

I have the error in running the Microsoft Windows security as it shows the black screen only and on trying to un Windows viruses and Threat protection i get the error and it says that its any IT administration related error or something. I had checked the Microsoft community and they said to use these commands:-

cd %ProgramFiles%\Windows Defender

MpCmdRun.exe -removedefinitions -dynamicsignatures

MpCmdRun.exe -SignatureUpdate

but i had the following error in picture

Kindly please help me in making all work.
Methods i had tried:-

Adding registry

repair/resetting windows security app

trying commands of DMS and SFC scan

tell me any possible solution if there is any

    I do not see any error attached, It looks like the picture didn't upload.
