Hello, for the past week i have been having issues with downloading all sorts of files including .txt, .png and etc. I´ve been searching around internet for answers the whole time and i have came across videos " fixing it " which did not help me nor the big percentage of the other people. I´ve figured out this problem has been around some time and its still not fixed as it happen usually after Java updates or updates as a whole. I seriously need help because i have paid programs i cannot use because of this issue and its affecting my work as work of a lot of other people. Thanks.
UPDATE: i have used program netplwiz to look for other profiles connected to my computer and there is only one which is me. Also i have tried the method: files > C: > right click > properties > security > and added profile known as ALL USERS which was granted all permitions and that didn´t work either.
Open a command prompt and type:
net user
net localgroup administrators
