Our engineering teams are actively investigating and addressing the underlying causes that are impacting Static Web App availability.
In the meantime, some customers have reported temporary workarounds such as creating a new Static Web App instance and re-adding their custom domains, which triggered the provisioning of new SSL certificates and helped restore access.
Please note that deleting and re-adding custom domains alone has not consistently resolved the issue.
