Having an issue downloading Windows 10 Pro using a USB or creating an image. Tried different computers. Also had 2 different friends try downloading Windows 10 Pro. Any assitance would be appreciated.

Please open an admin Command Prompt window and run these commands:
net start wuauserv
net start BITS
netsh advfirewall reset export "c:\advfirewallpolicy.wfw"
netsh.exe winhttp reset proxy
bitsadmin /reset /allusers
ipconfig /flushdns

Please try the Media Creation Tool now.
It still does not work, same error message
Turn off BITS temporarily.
Please run:
sc config bit start= disabled
net stop bits
Try the Media Creation Tool now.
If nothing helps, I can generate a direct download link for the (English US?) ISO. You can then use Rufus to create the USB setup disk.

By the way, you can now reenable BITS to the default setting. Run:
sc.exe config bits start= demand
